Shipping Method

■ Shipping within Japan

[ Standard Shipping]
Depending on the size and weight of the product, it will be shipped by either Click Post (up to 1kg), Letter Pack Plus (up to 4kg), Sagawa Express (Hikyaku Takuhaibin), or regular mail (cash on delivery only).
-Please note that you cannot choose the shipping method.
・You will be notified of the tracking number when the product is shipped.

[Shipping fee (excluding Okinawa Prefecture)]
For orders over 5,000 yen (tax included), we will cover the shipping fee. For orders under 5,000 yen (tax included), the shipping fee is 300 yen (tax included).

We are sorry, but deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture can only be made by Sagawa Express (Hikyaku Takuhaibin) or Letter Pack Plus (see below).

If your order total is less than 10,000 yen (tax included) and you choose cash on delivery, a cash on delivery fee of 550 yen (tax included) will be charged.

[ Sagawa Express (Hikyaku Delivery Service)]
・You can specify the delivery date and time. When placing an order, please enter your desired delivery date and time ( morning, 12:00-14:00, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00, 18:00-21:00, 19:00-21:00) in the comments section in the shopping cart.
・You will be notified of the tracking number when the product is shipped.

For orders under 10,000 yen (tax included), shipping fee is 600 yen (tax included).

For orders over 20,000 yen (tax included), we will cover the shipping costs.
For orders under 20,000 yen (tax included), shipping fee is 1,650 yen (tax included).

[ Letter Pack Plus (express mail)]

■ International shipping

[International Express Mail Service (EMS)]
Delivery time will be around one week depending on the destination country.
・You will be notified of the tracking number when the product is shipped.

[International Registered Mail (Small Package)]
- Available for products weighing up to 2kg (including packaging materials).
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, but usually take between 10 days and 2 weeks.

When shipping overseas, large items with a cardboard box length of over 150cm on one side cannot be shipped by international mail, so we ask that you use tenso.com .

[Shipping fee]
This will be calculated when your order is confirmed.

*Shipping charges may be calculated higher than expected, but we will recalculate them based on the actual weight at the time of shipping and charge you accordingly.

[Customs Clearance Fees]
If the total order amount is over 200,000 yen, we will charge a customs clearance fee of 2,800 yen in addition to the shipping fee.

[Customs Duties]
 Please note that customs duties may be charged when you receive the product.

■ Shipping time

・Items in stock (excluding Koto and Shamisen) will usually be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
If your order contains back-ordered or out-of-stock items, we will ship the items as soon as they become available.
If it takes longer than expected to ship, we will notify you of the expected shipping time.

Please note that we do not ship products on our regular holidays (Sundays and National Holidays), summer holidays, or during the New Year holidays.
