How to order online
[Adding items to your shopping cart]
Select the product and quantity you want to order and click the "Add to Cart" button.
[Purchase Procedure]
After adding the items you want to order to your shopping cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button in the shopping cart.
If you would like a receipt issued or if you would like your item delivered by Sagawa Express, please enter this in the comments section.
On the checkout page, choose your delivery address, shipping method, and payment method.
[Enter shipping address information]
Please enter your contact email address, shipping address, name and phone number.
We also support shipping outside of Japan, so please select the country/region and enter the recipient's address, name, and phone number. If you are in a country or region other than China, Taiwan, or Hong Kong, please make sure to enter the information in English (in the alphabet).
[Select shipping method]
Please select a shipping method. The shipping method you can choose will vary depending on the delivery address. If you are using Sagawa Express, please enter your preferred delivery date and time in the comments section in the shopping cart.
For shipments outside of Japan, we will use EMS or International Registered Mail Small Packet. The shipping fee may be higher than the actual shipping fee, but we will calculate and charge the shipping fee based on the actual weight at the time of shipment.
[Enter your payment method]
Choose your preferred payment method.
[Credit card payment]
Enter your card number, expiration date, security code, and cardholder name, then click the "Pay Now" button.
[NP Pay Later (Convenience store payment, postal service, bank payment, Line Pay)]
After clicking the [Pay Now] button, enter the "Purchaser's Phone Number" on the next screen and click the [Purchase] button.
Please note that if your shipping or billing address is outside of Japan, you will not be able to use [NP Pay Later]. If you do select this option, your order will be cancelled.
[Bank transfer] / [Cash on delivery]
Once you have made your selection, click the "Complete Order" button.
If your order total is less than 10,000 yen (tax included) and you choose cash on delivery, an additional cash on delivery fee of 550 yen (tax included) will be charged.
Please note that if your shipping or billing address is outside of Japan, you will not be able to use [Cash on Delivery]. If you select this option, your order will be cancelled.
