[Product returns and exchanges]
For unused products other than special order items, we will accept returns or exchanges within one week of receipt of the product.
[Items that cannot be returned or exchanged]
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, special order sheet music (except for items with misprints, etc.), or special order products.
[Shipping fee for returns and exchanges]
If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
If the delivered product is different from the ordered product, or if the product is damaged or soiled during delivery, we will cover the delivery fee.
